Preschool and elementary students were assigned to one of six color teams! This project was inspired by PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports). 1️⃣ Encourage collaboration across grade levels 2️⃣ Promote active participation in school life and civic activities 3️⃣ Foster a sense of belonging and shared pride 4️⃣ Recognize and encourage students’ efforts in a positive and constructive way
